Trailhead Brewing Co.   636.946.2739   Map
Located in historic St. Charles, Trailhead Brewing Co. has been open since 1995. We are a trailhead in every sense of the word. Nestled in the richly historic district of Old St. Charles, the site Trailhead occupies served as the starting point for the Lewis and Clark exploration of the Louisiana Purchase. It later served as a trailhead to fur traders, settlers and even frontiersman Daniel Boone. To hikers and bikers, Trailhead marks one of the eastern Missouri entrances to the Katy Trail.

Fratelli's Ristorante   636.949.9005   Map
In 1948, newlyweds Tommaso and Francesca Alagna immigrated to the United States from Campobello, Sicily in pursuit of the American Dream. The two Italian immigrants did not have great financial wealth, but they were rich in family tradition and shared a common love for cooking. Although leaving the old country had not been easy, they had stored away precious memories of earlier times when their families shared countless hours in the kitchen passing recipes from one generation to the next.  The Alagnas perfected those recipes in the American kitchen.  Eventually, the Alagna family grew to include two sons, Joseph ("Joe") and Gaetano ("Tom"), who would soon learn that cooking was an art and they were the artists.

A restaurant in the tradition of an old English Public House. The result has become one of the most popular and successful restaurants in the entire St. Louis area. Lewis and Clarks offers a warm, traditional atmosphere with an excellent American style menu that caters to all tastes. Not only do Lewis and Clarks and Trailhead share an owner, but they also have an important relationship not unlike that of an old English Public Houses and local brewery. Following in this tradition, Lewis and Clarks has the unique connection to Trailhead that allows them to serve the fresh draft beer we brew locally in St. Charles
